FSN Accepting Nominations for the FSN Lifetime Achievement Award

All applications must be received by the FSN no later than October 1, 2019.

The FSN Lifetime Achievement Award was created as our organizations highest recognition to be given periodically to individuals who have, during the course of their career, demonstrated either outstanding leadership in organized medicine, or made significant contributions to the practice of nephrology in the State of Florida or to organizations important to nephrology in the State (i.e. FSN). Additionally, those whose impact was in either creating novel or creative educational programs at our teaching centers or meaningful contributions to research in Nephrology.

Given this award is the highest honor our organization will bestow on an individual, the organization does not intend to award an honoree each year.

The FSN Past Presidents Council has been charged with evaluating all applications and forwarding only unanimous recommendations for recognition to the FSN Executive Committee for consideration. In those years that the Award is to be presented, a special ceremony will take place during the FSN Annual Meeting.
