Hotel Information

Meeting Location:  Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, 5001 Coconut Rd., Bonita Springs, Florida 34134.  

The hotel website has all of the up to date information on available amenities. 

Please note that when you are arriving to the hotel, on the corner of Coconut Drive, there is a hurricane debris collection station with items that were damaged and lost due to Hurricane Ian. Once you turn onto the road leading to the hotel, you will see a beautiful street and well-maintained landscaping.


Continuing Medical Education*

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of the Florida Medical Association and the Florida Society of Nephrology. The Florida Medical Association is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Florida Medical Association designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component enables the participant to earn up to 5 MOC points in the American Board of internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to the ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
