Eligibility for Membership in FSN

Physicians, Physician Assistants, ARNPs, and Fellows in training engaged in the treatment of patients with renal disease or engaged in research activities involving renal disease may apply for membership. The Florida Society of Nephrology is the renal physician's state representative and a professional resource. We are working to serve you.

• Active Physician Members (MDs or DOs): $150
• Associate Members (PAs or ARNPs): $100
• Residents Fellows in Training: Free
