On March 18, 2020, Congress passed H.R. 6201: Families First Coronavirus Response Act-a relief package that, among other things, contains several provisions affecting employers. The bill will need to be signed by the President. Linked below is a summary of the key employment-related provisions that physicians need to be aware of. Please note this only applies to employers with fewer than 500 employees.
