Executive order 20-52, issued on March 9, 2020 by Governor Ron DeSantis, expired on June 26, 2021.
In this declaration the Governor authorized each state agency to suspend the provisions of regulatory statutes, orders or rules of that agency if strict compliance would hinder or delay necessary action in coping with the emergency.
Many of these rules directly affected the practice of medicine.
