The Florida Society of Nephrology is pleased to invite Nephrologists, APRNs, and PAs in Florida to a dinner on Wednesday, August 21st, at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse in Jacksonville.
We are privileged to have Dr. Gerald Appel as our keynote speaker, who will discuss the topic of IgA Nephropathy. In addition, Dr. Michael Warner, a board member, will present an update from the IgAN Foundation.
We encourage all Nephrologists, APRNs, and PAs in Florida to participate in this event. There is no charge for FSN members. For non-member physicians, the fee is $150, and for non-member APRNs and PAs, it is $100.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits will be available.
